Children are free to wonder, explore and grow!
Our curriculum is based on what the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) deems developmentally appropriate for each age group.
Your Child will be encouraged to grow as a whole person.
We provide a variety of age appropriate experiences and activities in the classrooms that focus on seasons and universal concepts. While these activities may vary from class to class, teachers plan activities that are developmentally appropriate and meaningful to children. For example, in December, we focus on the winter season and may incorporate the following concepts into our curriculum: Joy of Giving, Habitats/Hibernation, Food/meal-time etiquette.
By thoughtfully observing children, our teachers assess the specific needs of the children in their groups. They discover what the children are interested in, what frustrates them, and what new materials and concepts may support their development and understanding.
Behavior management
We believe that children learn social values such as cooperation and the difference between acceptable and unacceptable behavior through their play activities. In the process, they discover their own interests and strengths. Our curriculum empowers children to engage in creative, meaningful play.
Our Teachers are trained in Love and Logic and the Second Step Curriculum, an international social-emotional curriculum. Natural, logical consequences are used as teaching tools to help children gain self-control. Positive reinforcement is used to encourage desirable actions and behavior.
We only hire the best

They are trained in child development and the ability to relate positively and openly to children, parents, and other staff members. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, we follow a community-oriented style approach.
